Also the cut finger really makes no sense...OOP admits the knives were "face down" in the plastic holder, which I understand to mean blades down and handles up. So how exactly did they bypass the entire handle part and cut their finger?? I get it, accidents happen...we've all had our share of stupid moments you can't believe actually happened upon looking back. But the key is, you own up to it being YOUR brainfart moment, NOT threatening to sue over it. (That said, how exactly is a person with $30 to their name planning on suing literally everyone in their life?? Good luck getting a lawyer to take your case...not that they would anyways...)
