Atlus has shown off how Rise Kujikawa will look in Persona 4 Revival. Rie Kugimiya will reprise her role. Rise’s profile for Persona 4 Revival states that she is a first-year high school idol who’s rising in popularity. She’s known for her bright and sweet personality, and her nickname of “Risette,” or “Risechi” in the original Japanese. Her grandmother owns a tofu shop in Inaba. Her Persona is Himiko. Here are some pictures of how Rise will look like in the Persona 4 Revival style: Images via Atlus In battle, Rise is your navigator, meaning that she doesn’t take a direct combat role. Instead, she’s both mission control and support. In Revival, Rise has a chance to nullify enemy damage, reveal an enemy’s random elemental attribute, or inflict random status effects at the beginning of battle. These abilities can be gained through leveling up or by doing her Social Link. Kugimiya is a prominent and well-known voice actress, with various roles in popular works. A small sampling of her previous roles includes Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, Kagura in Gintama, Happy in Fairy Tail and Edens Zero, Haruka in the Yakuza series, Shana in Shakugan no Shana, and Kiana in Honkai Impact 3rd. There is no information as of yet regarding her English voice actress. Seeing as none of the previous voice actors are reprising their roles for the remake, though, it’s highly likely that we will see someone other than Laura Bailey or Ashly Burch. Burch replaced Bailey in Dancing All Night. Persona 4 Revival is in development, and it’ll come out on February 18, 2027 for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.
