There should be tests required before one is allowed to become an adult. Perhaps with lessons carried out for extended periods of the year. Could group people together by age so they also socialize at a somewhat comparable rate. Would like to think multiple subjects could be covered throughout the day. I'd call "Educatorium", although I'm open to suggestions.
