TPL Technical Analysis – Swing Trading SetupTPL Corp LtdPSX_DLY:TPLAlphaEdge_TradingTPL Technical Analysis – Swing Trading Setup Disclaimer: This analysis is for educational purposes only. Always manage your risk and never invest more than you can afford to lose. TPL is currently in a healthy correction after its recent bullish move. At the moment, no bullish divergence has formed on the Daily timeframe, so there is still a possibility of further downside before the next impulsive move begins. The expected scenario is the formation of a new Higher Low (HL) near the first support zone. Entry Point 1 (EP1): 15.20 – 15.00 • This area aligns closely with the 0.618 Fibonacci Retracement, making it the first potential buying zone. • Since confirmation is not yet available, consider this a risk-managed entry. • Accumulate only 30%–50% of your planned position and wait for further confirmation. Entry Point 2 (EP2): 13.40 – 13.10 • If price continues lower, the Golden Pocket Fibonacci zone (0.382) becomes the next high-probability accumulation area. • This zone offers a better risk-to-reward opportunity and can be used to complete the remaining position. Stop Loss (SL): 10.10 • Place the stop loss below the previous Higher Low to protect against a breakdown of the current market structure. Targets: • TP1: 17.96 – Previous Higher High (HH) • TP2: 20.10 – Next major resistance and bullish target Estimated Risk & Reward Using EP1 (15.20–15.00): • Approximate Risk to SL: 33% • Gain to TP1: ~19% • Gain to TP2: ~33% Using EP2 (13.40–13.10): • Approximate Risk to SL: ~24% • Gain to TP1: ~36% • Gain to TP2: ~52% Trading Plan • No Daily bullish divergence has formed yet. • Wait for price action around EP1 before taking any aggressive position. • Buy only 30–50% near EP1. • If price reaches EP2, use it as the second accumulation zone. • Keep the stop loss below 10.10. • Book partial profits at TP1 and let the remaining position run toward TP2 while trailing your stop. Patience is key. Let the market come to your levels instead of chasing price. A disciplined entry with proper risk management always outperforms emotional trading.
