Microsoft bull troubles ahead?Microsoft CorporationNASDAQ:MSFTCryptoKnee MSFT has my attention after a potentially impulsive move down from the 464 area, followed by a sharp V-shaped bounce off the 350ish pivot. That bounce has broken structure at the smaller degree, either through the potential wave 4 of 5 or the last lower high at that degree. That makes the reaction here important. The key hold is 350. As long as that pivot holds, I’m watching for a retrace back toward 398 at minimum. 398 is the first major upside trouble area. Above that, the broader trouble zone sits from 398 to 431, with the algo entry area inside that range. The move into 464 can now be viewed as a larger-degree 3-wave move. The rejection from there produced a downside move that fits some impulse characteristics and has reached likely impulse target areas. Now the character of the bounce matters most. If MSFT pushes into 398 with strength, breaks it, and flips it into support, the bull case for an impulse in motion gets stronger. If price grinds back into 398 to 431 slowly or correctively, I’d treat that as a retrace and watch for another rejection.
