Right? Not when there are six high-energy dogs including a Rottie that must be chased down and a constant parade of dust bunnies and hair balls to beat into submission. No rest for the wicked! After all, how much energy can it really take to work a full time job, commute to our oversized dusty doggie den, care for and clean up after a houseful of capable but careless adults and entertain, feed, clean, care for and clean up after—daily a copious amount amount of critters and creatures that constantly create a colossal collection of crud, crap and crusty, dusty funk that must be constantly collected and cleaned. In your spare time you will assist in general cleaning, care for, chauffeur and act as a general companion for a sweet but aging mother in law whose needs are only slightly less than that of seven or eight dogs. She’s a doll and will quickly view you as her new best friend because her selfish daughter has scarcely deigned to give her companionship, instead relegating her to a corner of the house and only bringing her out for occasional appointments and to allow her to buy meals for the overworked and tired wife who is simply too averse to cleaning, cooking and general upkeep, instead spending her long days endlessly scrolling and planning her Tik Tok Takeover™️. Once she manages that, she’ll be able to dump her hard working man in exchange for a man of the moment, move into the home she really wants and hire, for slave wages, the household help she “deserves”. Just sayin’.
