Price has climbed steadily, breaking above the 200.9 resistance zone and pushing to 201.6. Now, after a healthy pullback, a fresh Buy signal has fired at 200.9 — right at the breakout retest zone. Why this setup works — three confluences: Breakout retest of major resistance — the 200.9 zone was the resistance ceiling throughout June 18-25. Price broke above it during the recent rally and is now pulling back to test it from above. Old resistance flipping to new support is one of the highest probability continuation setups in price action Higher low structure intact — the recovery from 198.8 has built clean ascending structure. The current pullback to 200.9 remains well above the previous higher low at 199.8.
