Why does a guest book need an attendant. Leave it on a table and if people want to write in it there you go. Same with zoom. Get a tripod, set it up next to the front row and you're good or ask a family member to hold their phone up with zoom on. They don't need to be a dedicated zoom person. Smores again leave the stuff on the table and let people make it themselves, you're having a fire so put the components on a table with metal skewers and they can toast the marshmallows themselves and just stick it all together to eat. The things this person needs aren't needs just over the top wants.
