Exactly. I do professional dog sitting. I will ask for $40/dog/per night (and thats lower than market value but I give a small discount after 2 dogs), which would be $240 a night x 30 nights is $7200 a month. PLUS they want a house cleaner AND someone to take MIL to appointments. Those would absolutely be extra -I do try to keep the dogs clean when coming into the house and will do a sweep up every 5-10 days, depending, just go keep the house decent- but I’m not doing house work on top of watching the dogs tho.
