HISA Next Generation Advisory Group Adds Three New Members

The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) has named three new members to its Next Generation Advisory Group in Chris Moore, Chance Moquett and Blake Sims who will join the 20-person group, according to a press release from the regulator on Thursday.The additions replace outgoing members Eric DeCoster, Tyler Gaffalione and Courtney Reid.The group provides HISA's executive team and Standing Committees with formal feedback on the evolution of its Racetrack Safety Program and Anti-Doping and Medication Control (ADMC) Program.“We're excited to welcome Chris, Chance and Blake to the Next Generation Advisory Group,” said HISA General Counsel Sam Reinhardt. “Incorporating feedback from our stakeholders is essential to our operations and advances our shared goal of safeguarding the health and welfare of horses and riders and the integrity of racing.
