Congressional candidate Lucian Wintrich trolls NYYRC event in NYC.Lucian Wintrich does not fold. He fights back.Wintrich, former White House correspondent, longtime conservative media figure and strategist, is now running for Congress in New York. And his message is simple: he is running to fight on principle and fighting for overall transparency across both sides of the isle.So when the New York Young Republican Club came after him with a staggering $6 million lawsuit after he asked basic questions about transparency, finances, records, and potential conflicts of interest, Wintrich did what he has always done in conservative politics and journalism. He punched back. The New York University College Republicans issued a strong statement in support of Wintrich amplified b by conservative firebrand Jack Posobiec. As Gateway Pundit previously reported, the NYYRC lawsuit has already begun to fall apart on their side. At the last court appearance, Wintrich scored an early victory and club president Stefano Forte did not even show up.And this weekend, Wintrich punched back again. This time in an absolutely hilarious fashion. On Sunday, while the New York Young Republican Club hosted its America 250 “Freedom Mixer,” Wintrich had an LED billboard truck park directly outside the event in New York City.It was the ultimate troll. On the back of the truck was a giant ad for NYYRC.LOL, a parody legal-defense merch shop selling shirts and hoodies with a hilarious ‘Exhausted Eagle’ logo to help fund the defense against the lawsuit. Wintrich also had some fun with replacing the club’s official latin motto, “Ubi historia partis futuro” which translates to “Where the Party’s history meets its future”. On the parody merchandise the new latin phrases used are “Taedium Vitae” or “weariness of life” at the top and “factio memorriam delens” meaning “the party destroying its own memory” at the bottom. On the sides of the truck was an original, outrageous, and instantly iconic illustration showing Wintrich defending the New York Young Republican Club alongside America’s Founding Fathers — while Forte is portrayed as the man trying to destroy the club’s legacy. In other words: they sued him for asking questions, and he turned their lawsuit into a rolling billboard, a merch drop, and a political message. That message? If you sue Lucian Wintrich for demanding transparency, he is not going to apologize. He is going to make fun of you.Wintrich is running for office on the same principles he has lived out for years in conservative politics and journalism: free speech, accountability, transparency, and the courage to fight back when the machine tries to crush you. Since the start of the New York congressional races, Wintrich has been among the only candidate to actually develop a robust platform and unique campaign messaging to flight the left in a left dominated city. His campaign website is WintrichforNewYork.com which is accepting donations through Anedot. He has exposed corruption. He has battled the media. He has taken on political insiders. And now, when a Republican club sues him for asking to see the records, he is practicing exactly what he preaches. No backroom games. No intimidation. No surrender. The NYYRC could have simply answered basic questions. Instead, they ran to court. Now their lawsuit is becoming a punchline, and Wintrich is making sure everyone in New York sees it. Lucian Wintrich is running for Congress. He is fighting on principle. And if the establishment wants to sue him for asking for transparency, he is going to laugh in their face all the way to the courthouse. The post EPIC TROLL: Congressional Candidate Lucian Wintrich Parks LED Billboard Truck Outside NYYRC Event After Club Sues Him for Asking for Transparency appeared first on The Gateway Pundit.
