Apollo Micro Systems has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 41.33% stake in Premier Explosives for ₹1,550 crore, aiming to enhance India's defence capabilities. The deal includes an open offer for additional shares and is expected to be finalized by December 2026.
