The standard target area is the lower target box on the chart. As you all know, it is not required to terminate within that target box. That's why it is called the "standard" target box. However, more times than not, price ends up within that target area for completion. In the micros, I have us within a possible initial a wave lower kicking off wave 4. There isn't enough data yet to confirm that though. So, until it does, we could easily extend again higher towards the 1.618 fib @ $638.55. Once we do finally get some sustenance to this move lower, I can then begin to create some fibs to track it lower. Until then, we just have to rely on the larger fibs to help guide our understanding of price action. Let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise, I will assume you understand my line of thought.
