Geez.. they are systems in place yo help foster kids. She can get daycare vouchers from the state, get financial aid and grants to fund education, food stamps to buy a pizza at the grocery store. The list goes on. I understand qe need more programs to help foster kids, once they are out of the system, imo. Housing vouchers, foodstamps, medicaid, food pantries, programs to get help with rent, utilities, etc. But...first...try and help yourself with available programs before asking for handouts.
