I just went on a 5 day beach vacation with my kids. I saved for 8 months to be able to afford it -- the condo, the gas, the food. We didn't have any "experiences" while we were there. The beach was the experience. Because we couldn't afford extra "experiences." And I say this as a single mom of 3 who hasn't received child support in 6 years. It's just me & my paychecks. If you want a freaking vacation, you work hard and save your $$ for your vacation. You don't ask the Internet to fund it. 🙄
