I even had to give up on eBay years ago because despite meticulous descriptions and obvious pictures, some assholes still feel entitled to pitch a fit over something under $5 that they didn't bother reading. In this particular instance, it was a Starbucks mug. It had a minor chip which I very plainly described and took multiple pictures of. Buyer paid $4 + shipping (again, this was like 15 years ago) then filed a claim with eBay bitching and moaning. I appealed. eBay agreed with me, but still asked me to refund the selling price and eBay in turn refunded me. It was odd, but I quit after that.
