A Midtown Manhattan high-rise office building near Grand Central Terminal was evacuated Tuesday morning after authorities said it was at risk of collapsing.Officials with the New York Fire Department said they received a call at around 8 a.m. about falling bricks in the 200 block of East 42nd Street, The New York Times reported.The building once had offices for the pharmaceutical company Pfizer, according to the Times.This is a developing story.
