Uno Minda will invest Rs 320 crore in a new manufacturing facility. This plant will enter the four-wheeler passenger vehicle seating systems segment. The facility in Maharashtra is expected to begin operations by Q4FY28. This strategic move aims to increase per-vehicle value potential significantly. The project is a joint venture with Japan's TACHI-S Company Ltd.
