Police in Bweyogerere are investigating the death of an 18-year-old male student at Naalya S.S. Bweyogerere Campus in Kira Municipality, Wakiso District, after he was found dead inside the school on the evening of 8th July 2026.ASP Luke Owoyesigyire, the Deputy Public Relations Officer for Kampala Metropolitan Police, confirmed that “the Police at Bweyogerere are investigating the circumstances surrounding” the student’s death.School authorities alerted police after discovering the student’s body, and officers responded to document the scene and record witness statements.
