India-Indonesia set to sign major defence deals, expand bilateral ties

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto held talks to strengthen strategic ties. They are expected to sign around eight agreements covering health, education, technology, and defense. India and Indonesia will seal a long-discussed BrahMos missile agreement, enhancing regional security. India will also support Indonesia in developing specific EVMs and invest in critical mineral supply chains.
