A University of Miami study has developed a new approach to evaluate how multiple climate resilience plans work together—or fail to do so—in addressing the growing risks posed by climate-related hazards. The researchers analyzed 37 resilience plans developed at the regional, county, municipal and neighborhood levels. These plans outlined actions and investments to address flooding, sea level change, hurricanes, extreme heat, infrastructure, transportation and land-use issues.
