USD/JPY — a full year of clean trend structure with MA bundlesJAPANESE YEN / U.S. DOLLARFX_IDC:JPYUSDplexustendUSD/JPY has been one of the most talked-about pairs in FX all year — yen weakness, 40-year highs, intervention risk. Here's how the Plexus bundle read its structure over the past two years. The year through mid-2025 was choppy: two uptrend legs to similar highs, each followed by a sharp correction. The bundle read cleanly inside each trend leg, but the picture blurred in between — an honest weak spot, same as every other market we've looked at. Then, in July 2025, a decisive turn: the bundle flipped to resistance right at the top, and price has been in one continuous downtrend ever since — a full year, still running. Every bounce attempt inside that year got capped cleanly by the descending bundle. This is close to the cleanest, most sustained trend example we've published — exactly the regime where the method does its best work. Right now price sits at the lows of that year-long slide, bundle slope still pointing down, with no sign yet that the trend is breaking. This is a visualization/analysis tool, not a signal service — not financial advice. Method: tendency planimetry (Insen / OpenTraders).
