Not only the players that came through, but the people that the players are, as well, and how they go to work every day. “I think we followed it up with a really strong draft this past year. And I’m really excited to see more of those rookies, and so far working with them, they’ve been fantastic. Coach (Todd) Monken has come in and been unbelievable. I love working with him, love his energy, the way he sees the game. I think he’s building on those things in year two. And I think he’s really helping himself out as much as he possibly can.“Just getting settled and life as a pro and all those things. And obviously there’s a lot of noise that comes with the person that he is and then the family he’s from and all that kind of stuff. But I think he does an outstanding job of keeping the main thing the main thing and, yeah, I do really enjoy getting to know him and work with him.”Cook began his NFL international career based in the league’s London office and has worked with the International Player Pathway program, NFL Academy and NFL Africa.
