Maltese businessman Joseph Portelli has officially become the new owner of Ars et Labor Ferrara through JP Football Holdings Ltd.The acquisition was finalised today in Rome, following an agreement with the club’s previous owners Juan Martin Molinari and Andres Adolfo Marengo.In a statement, JP Football Holdings said it is fully committed to restoring the club to the level its history and tradition deserve, while promising to build its future on transparency, integrity, competence and ambition.The company also announced that Marcel Bonnici has been appointed as the club’s new CEO with immediate effect, with further appointments expected in the coming weeks.A press conference will also be held at the Paolo Mazza Stadium in Ferrara, where the new ownership will present its plans for the club and meet supporters.What do you make of this acquisition?•
