Bandai Namco shared seven minutes of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 gameplay footage alongside road tour that takes a demo across the US. It focuses on a firsthand look of what a mission in-game will entail. This means seeing the Earthling and Saiyan character options briefly, a look at the West City hub, and actually heading out on an assignment and fighting foes. Things start by briefly showing Earthling and Saiyan character options. The human highlighted is a woman with orange hair. The stats section shows this race’s HP, Strike Attack, Strike Defense, Ki Blast Attack, and Ki Blast Defense are all equal, and the description says their Potential Meter fills fast. In the case of the Saiyan, the stat spread shows their Strike Attack and Ki Blast Attack are highest, the Strike Defense and Ki Blast Defense are at the same strength as an Earthling’s, and their HP is the absolute lowest. The description noted, “their strength spikes when in dire straits.” After the character is selected, their room is shown. This is where you can customize their appearance and decorate the room, and it will eventually clean up. From there, we see Gamma 1 give the player character an assignment that will take them out of West City. The task is called “Special Mission: Digging into the Land of Ice,” and the goal there is “defeat all enemies.” The avatar heads with Brett and two other GS Squad members to the Glacier area to fight Frieza Force and eventually a boss. We see that Light and Heavy Attacks, Boost Chase, Super Attack, and Ultimate Attack options are available.
