I mean, I work as a mental health technician in a group home for adults with severe mental illness and it was a high school diploma & no prior experience required job. Only pays $15/hr though 🥴 and no other staff on site! Thankfully, most people I’ve met who work there (myself included) have experience and/or higher ed at least partially done in a related field.
