For me it is that (American) Red Cross and UNICEF waste donation money on nonsense as it is. For every dollar only 29 and 35 cents go to helping people in need. The CEOs of these companies get half a million to a million in Christmas bonuses each year. These companies, I mean "charities", are so horribly mismanaged that money that goes towards actual assistance is a godsend in any form. I personally do not want the higher ups at UNICEF misappriopriating more funds to get fancier backpacks. I would rather them (and the IP holders) doing the right fucking thing for once. But instead we are bitching about backpack color which is gross. 🤷🏼♀️
