On Monday, WDW News Today posted a photo on Facebook of a “wet paint” sign on a rope fence blocking the raft loading dock in Frontierland:This is the second time the 70-year-old experience has closed for refurbishment in 2026. In late April, guests arrived at Disneyland Park to find Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer Island closed without any previous announcement from Disneyland Resort.
