Direct benefit transfers have reached ₹2.08 lakh crore this fiscal year. Fertiliser subsidy led with ₹62,984 crore, and Public Distribution System followed. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme received ₹15,241 crore in transfers. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin and PAHAL schemes also saw significant fund allocations. Haryana topped the state rankings for direct benefit transfers.
