Rainfall activity is expected to remain strong across parts of western and central India on September 15, with Gujarat, Saurashtra and Kutch likely to see heavy showers under the influence of a low-pressure area. Meanwhile, the IMD said conditions are becoming favourable for the Southwest Monsoon to withdraw from parts of west Rajasthan around September 19.
