UNICEF gives children FREE school bags. The complaint? They look like charity. How exactly do you expect UNICEF to distribute bags with copyrighted/trademarked characters from other companies? UNICEF isn’t just going to slap Marvel characters on humanitarian supplies because someone thinks the kids would prefer them. I might understand the sentiment of wanting aid to feel "less clinical", but if I were living through a crisis/war, the color of a free school bag for my kid or whether it had Spider Man on it would probably be the absolute last thing I’d find worth complaining about.   submitted by   /u/GhostKW [link]   [comments]
