As an immediate safety measure, the occupants have been vacated and the area around the building has been restricted to prevent any risk to residents and the public,” according to a statement issued by the civic body.The building in NTR Colony, Gopanpally, is a four-storied structure that has been allegedly build on a 50-square yard plot without any setbacks.CMC has initiated demolition of the unsafe structure as a precautionary measure to safeguard human life and property.
