The report also said the Universal Orlando app was still displaying single rider availability at the time, with Team Members indicating that the app had not yet caught up with the operational change.Instead of entering the former single rider route, a solo guest was handed a printed Single Attraction Pass. The paper ticket reportedly resembles a receipt, includes a QR code, and states that it is valid for one guest, one use and one location.Universal Orlando has not published an announcement explaining the change, so it is unclear whether this is a permanent replacement or how consistently the pass will be distributed.The shift arrives immediately after a turbulent stretch for the attraction.
