I read the post 3 times. Unless I misread something, the person isnt responsible for the other three. The post mentions how mom has their schedule is structured so they can handle collection of the rest of them. That it is only because the 1 one is currently allowed only an hour a day due to behavior issues, that they are scrambling for someone to cover the time the kid would have been in school or daycare like the rest.
