Protesters demanding rollback of UGC regulations blocked the Yamuna Expressway in Agra on Sunday. Dozens of tractors were used to halt traffic, leading to a scuffle with police. The demonstrators alleged that some provisions could be misused against general-category students. Police managed to persuade the protesters to clear the road after some time.
