Jamie O’Hara unleashed a typical rant about Tottenham Hotspur, and the pundit is already losing hope, just a month into the new season.Spurs suffered a 3-1 loss at Anfield in the third round of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, which means that they have now lost three in six this campaign, and scored just one goal in five matches against Premier League opposition.Tottenham looked much more threatening going forward at Anfield than they have in other matches this season, but they were once again unable to take their opportunities. While De Zerbi is confident that things will click for Spurs soon, one pundit can only see things going from bad to worse for the Lilywhites.Credit: talkSPORTJamie O’Hara says Tottenham have a losing ‘disease’Just six games into the campaign, O’Hara has already had enough of Tottenham, admitting that he now goes into every game expecting his club to get beaten. The pundit is appalled that even spending £400m on new signings and getting a talented manager through the door has not fixed Tottenham’s malaise.O’Hara told talkSPORT: “Seriously, what is going on?. I feel like every day I wake up and it’s the same thing. Every single time Spurs play, I look at the fixtures and I’m like, ‘Spurs are playing tonight, alright, here we go, get beat’. I don’t know what to say. It’s Groundhog Day.“This is the perfect night again for Cundy. When is my night? I’ve been here for five years, and I’ve had one good night. One. The Europa League final, that was it. It’s absolute guff, it really is, and I’m sick and tired of it. I know it’s all great and everyone enjoys it, but this is actually getting ridiculous.“Where do Spurs go from here? We have got a disease. We don’t know how to win. Even when we score, we get beat. Every single game no matter what, Spurs get beat. Spend £400million – get beat. Score – get beat. New manager – get beat. We’ve got a disease.”O’Hara insists Spurs should have gone down last seasonThe former Tottenham midfielder suggested that the Lilywhites were lucky to avoid relegation and that they would have gone down if not for other sides doing them a favour. He also added that he never wants to see Mathys Tel play for Spurs again, admitting that he would rather see Richarlison play over the Frenchman.O’Hara continued: “You know what should have happened, we should have gone down. We are so bad. We’re shocking. The only reason we stayed up is because Aston Villa guffed it and Everton jacked it in at the end of the season.“I thought we might start the new season and see something different, something positive. No, absolute guff again. We don’t deserve to be playing Premier League teams. We are absolutely useless.” The problem is we don’t take our chances and are soft. Ice creams. We’re like a flake in 30-degree heat. And why is [Mathys] Tel still playing? I’d rather Richarlison played. He’s guff, he’s terrible, he’s got trampoline feet. He’s everything that’s bad about Tottenham. We signed him for £50m.”READ MORE: Liverpool 3-1 Tottenham Match Report: Spurs suffer early Carabao Cup exitThe post ‘We’ve got a disease’ – Jamie O’Hara condemns Tottenham to the ultimate punishment appeared first on Spurs Web.
