I used to work in public libraries, so have dealings with homeless people. MANY do want to be clean and smell nice, most have towels. I know loads of them would use similar type powders and stand on their towel while doing so,, coz that made clean up easy! Totally no excuse to leave a mess, and totally a good way to stop places from wanting you to visit. Sadly it seems more men who feel it ok to leave a mess then the women. If you need to wash up in the sink, then wipe up the water you splash around. I had to tell several homeless this fact "if you clean up, how would we know what you are doing in there".. Put all the paper towels in the bin, try to limit your time in there best you can and please DONT spray aftershave/perfume like you need to empty the bottle. More isnt better..
