A central processing department will be established within the Directorate General of Foreign Trade. This new unit aims to implement a faceless trade facilitation system for businesses. The system is scheduled for national dedication during the second fortnight of October 2026. It will enable faceless, paperless, and jurisdiction-free processing of trade applications. This initiative seeks to reduce processing times and enhance ease of doing business for all.
