Bharat Heavy Electricals and Titagarh Rail Systems have formed a joint venture. This new company will maintain Vande Bharat sleeper train sets for thirty-five years. Both state-owned firms will hold an equal fifty percent stake each. The joint venture will ensure operational readiness and reliability of the trains. This agreement aims to enhance the long-term service life of the train sets.
