Retired military here. I was a logistician consequently worked a lot of humanitarian assistance missions. I promise you if these backpacks had Spider-Man or the avengers on them? These kids would never have seen them. They’d have been stolen and sold. If a kid is a refugee, the blue backpack is not the issue.
