Instead of chasing the move, I’m waiting for price to retrace into the area where that bullish move originated. My pending buy is positioned there because I’m expecting buyers to defend that area and continue the bullish move. The stop is below the structure that invalidates the setup, while my 4R target sits around the previous high/liquidity. If the structure holds, I’m targeting 4R. If it doesn't, the setup is invalid and I take the 1R loss.
