I was thinking about this. You know how you have something collaborative with another brand (like McDonald's X Kpop demon hunters, or PowerPuff Girls X Sanrio) would you be able to have Unicef X My little Pony? It clearly says Unicef but also has an image of a well known character or IP that will help kids feel more like kids. You can do a diagonal 50/50 split on the design so the top left diagonal part is the Unicef Blue with Unicef clearly marked, but the other side is whatever IP kids are into? Or even some fun patches the kids can sew on themselves? Also helps tell the bags apart.
