Again - that's why it would need to be one design for everyone, it would need to be pretty simple, not related to a popular charecter, probably one colour to keep print costs the same, etc. I've also been a graphic designer at a similar organisation and I was absolutely slammed all the time - because no-one wants to spend the money on graphic design but they do want all the polished fundraising materials and volunteer information packages and annual reports and signage and labels and uniforms and all the stuff that you need to make a huge organisation function. That's why I said they should get a volunteer to do it - because its a nice to have, not a need to have, and I guarantee their in-house team is slammed with need-to-haves.
