Light Green Guac - what is it, besides TERRIBLE?

Wait 5 sec.

Every once in a while, I know the guac is going to be TERRIBLE, but I'm too far in to stop the process. The evidence: It's light green and has the appearance of something added to stretch it out. Or maybe it's the "lesser" avacados. Whatever it is, I hate it. And one of the best (and worst) thing about Chipotle is that the flavor varies. This is good because that generally means that it actually IS genuinely made (nothing is perfect every time - even the most experienced cooks have off days.) This is bad because I seem to get the "off days" like 30% of the time. :( AND it's my diet cheat day!!!! Nothing worse than "off" chipotle on a cheat day. 😞😞😞 Today was a PERFECT day - all seasonings ON POINT (steak, salsa verde, fajita, all AMAZING!!!!) - except for that terrible guac. submitted by /u/Anonphilosophia [link] [comments]
