My dog literally saved my life. He kinda just fell into my lap and has been a God send. There were weeks I couldn't even get out of bed and knowing that he depends on me and I'm his world, it forces me up. And when I'm having a really rough day he's there, and it makes all the difference. I restarted my life again and he's the driving force behind it. I honestly don't know what I'd do without him now. But you're right, oop can't even afford to take care of themselves so they certainly can't take care of a dog. Keeping my boy happy and healthy ain't cheap but it's worth it and I made sure I was in a position to take care of him before taking him into my home. What's oop gonna do when that $3500 runs out or it gets spent on other things? This person isn't thinking of the dogs well being at all, it's just a means to an end for her and that really rubs me the wrong way. Dogs deserve the very best we can give them .
