A reserve juror in the Yorgen Fenech trial has been arrested, becoming the fourth member of the jury panel to be arrested as part of an ongoing police investigation.According to Times of Malta, the reserve juror was arrested on this morning and is expected to be questioned by police later today.The development comes one day after three other jurors were arrested and questioned, alongside the husband of one of them.Police have clarified that their investigation is focused exclusively on the oath taken by jurors before the trial, specifically public comments some jurors may allegedly have made before proceedings began. Police have urged caution against speculation surrounding other theories.Fenech was acquitted earlier this month following a 55-day trial, with the nine-person jury returning an 8-1 not-guilty verdict on both charges after around eight hours of deliberations.The investigation remains ongoing.•
