Embassy Developments plans a Rs 2,000 crore investment for its North Bengaluru residential project. This development will feature two RERA-approved projects with a combined GDV of Rs 4,500 crore. The first project includes 217 villas across 1.1 million square feet of saleable area. The second project offers 855 apartments, ranging from studios to 3.5 bedrooms.
