There are many Free groups that will ban someone for reselling a gifted item because they're supposed to go to someone who has a need for it, not someone looking to make a profit. Baby items can be expensive so that reseller is taking away from someone with a genuine need by lying about their intentions. Also no one mentioned the environment.
