Volvo Cars AB appointed Klaus Zellmer as CEO to replace Håkan Samuelsson, who will step down next year. Zellmer, previously CEO of Skoda Auto, will transition by Oct. 1, 2027, as Volvo revamps its strategy and product lineup amid competitive challenges.
