They don’t even really need a service dog, they need an emotional support animal. Two totally different things. They also don’t seem to have any idea how people normally procure such an animal, nor the competence to have one. These animals, even once trained to the service dog level, still need continual support and training. It’s not a ‘they are trained and forever will be’ sort of thing.
